This is a summary of our Terms and Conditions.

Terms of our Supply
- The venue must provide access to a reliable, stable, safe and properly earthed (240 volt) mains electricity supply with a minimum 2 (of) 13amp sockets, and ensure adequate space is available for the safe operation of equipment for the event.
- We are obliged to observe the licensing terms of the venue, i.e., finish time (hotels etc.).
- We will not under any circumstances tolerate any abusive, or aggressive behaviour towards the DJ, and the client is responsible for ensuring the good conduct of their guests.
If at any time, before or during the event, we deem our persons or property to be under threat, we reserve the right to terminate our services without further notice. In these circumstances, no refund will be made.
- Equipment provided for the event, may not be used by any individual other than the DJ, unless agreed in advance, or as part of the booked package.
- If the venue has sound limiters installed, we are obliged to observe those levels. It is the clients (your) responsibility to ensure you are aware of any such equipment at the venue, and that we are made aware also.
If any damage is caused to our equipment by exceeding the sound level at the request of the client, or their guests, all costs incurred to repair our equipment will be chargeable to the client.
- If the function duration exceeds 4 hours, you need to ensure the DJ has sufficient refreshments, in the form of soft drinks.
- All our services are provided under contract between you (the client) and us (DK Weddings - DK).
- Bookings are secured following confirmation from us that you date is available, and accepted by us. All Bookings require a Deposit fee and is not refundable if cancellations are made within 31 days of the booked/function date.
- Deposit fees start from £40.00, and can be paid by cheque, or via Debit/Credit card directly from our site.
The Deposit will be noted on your Booking Agreement/Contract. Deposits are fully deductible from the total cost of our services, if not cancelled within 31 days of the event date.
All refunds are subject to our detailed terms and conditions of supply, as shown on your Contract/Booking Agreement.
- In the case of last minute bookings we are prepared to forgo the booking fee, subject to agreement by us, based on the circumstances.
- The balance of all fees are required, either 31 days in advance of the booked date by cheque, or alternatively in cash to be given to the DJ, in advance of the service on the night/day.
The service will not be provided until the DJ has received payment.
- Failure to pay part or all of our costs will result in us utilising legal action in order to recover the costs, in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.

What we will provide
- We will provide you with the services as specified on your booking form.
If you have booked extras to your chosen package and in the unlikely event that some of these extras are unavailable for your booked date, we will advise you in advance. In such cases a refund will be provided for the extra service you booked.
DK are not responsible for other services booked directly with a third party
- We may provide additional party items such as glow products for provision/sale to guests on the night/day.
- We will provide you with best music available to suit your occasion, taking into account any preferences you have made, or music lists provided.
We will also ensure we provide premium and effective lighting equipment and amplification as specified for your booked package.
If we are also providing Karaoke We will ensure that our karaoke lists are as fully up to date as possible, with all the latest karaoke tracks.
Our DJ's will be professional, friendly, and suitably dressed for the occasion, or as specified on your booking form.
- If we accept your booking, and you have made your payment and returned your booking form, to us, we guarantee our service on your booked date.
In very rare unavoidable circumstances, if we are unable to attend, or secure an alternative service for you, we will advise you as soon as possible.
In such cases you will receive a full refund of any payments made.
- We reserve the right to substitute the DJ/DJ's for your party.
- We take photographs during all events for quality and control purposes and we may use any photographs for promotional purposes.
If you have booked Dance Floor Photography in addition to your booked Package we will provide you with copies of Photos taken during the night
If you or any of your guests do not wish to have your photograph taken during the event, then please advise the DJ/DJ Assistant of each persons identity so these persons can be excluded from any photos taken during the event.
- Wedding accessories shown on our website must be ordered directly from the designer. DK Weddings will not form any part of your negotiations with the designer and you, except for initially contacting the designer and advising them of your interest in acquiring such accessories. DK Weddings will however ensure the designer makes contact with you as soon as possible after booking.
- Should you decide to use the Conversion to Art Service, then you must liaise directly with the artist. DK Weddings will not form any part of the negotiations between you and the artist, except for initially advising the artist to contact you as soon as possible after the booking.
